Here’s my personal truth…

As a proud mother of three incredible children, aged 14, 12, and 9, I've come to comprehend the complexity of parenting. Although we share common experiences with our children, each of us faces unique challenges due to our own complex life stories. The sheer magnitude of responsibilities often leaves us feeling overwhelmed. This journey of parenthood is undeniably demanding, as just when you think you've understood one phase your child is going through, a new one emerges. It's a constant learning process that keeps us on our toes.

It's a reality we all face - everyone seems to have an opinion about our lives, regardless of the topic. Whether it's our job, finances, love life, or friendships, people feel the need to weigh in. However, one particular subject that often triggers me is parenting. Surprisingly, even as a Parent Coach and Family Coach, I find myself unleashing my inner "Mama Bear" at times. Let me clarify why. People frequently offer their opinions from a place of judgment, and some even try to dictate how I should raise my kids. It's essential to respect each other's choices and approaches as parents, understanding that no two families are the same.

In my quest for growth, I yearned for understanding, validation, support, guidance, and nurturing. It was crucial for me to realize that I didn't have to relentlessly pursue perfection. Through my experiences, I gained valuable insights and learned to view situations from various perspectives, which ultimately enriched my understanding of life.
